Exchange and return policy
On the Nelover website, we allow you to return and replace your order within 5 days from the date you received the order, and the following conditions apply
- The product must be intact, new and in the same condition when it arrived to you.
- The product may not be returned after it has been used.
- Service products cannot be returned (such as packaging, cash on delivery service and delivery service)
- In the event that the product is returned for a defect in the product and the defect has been proven, we will bear the delivery fees, but in the event that the product was not defective
The customer bears the full delivery fee( 50 Or according to the fees mentioned in the application) + cash on delivery fees.
- The return period takes from 7 to 10 working days, and the period for returning the amount to the customer is a maximum of 14 days from the day of processing the return request
- If the order is not received, the customer shall bear the full shipping and payment costs upon receipt.
- We cover the costs of receiving the product and delivering it to the customer in case of any defect throughout the warranty period, except for products with discounts exceeding 40%
